Job Description:
We are seeking a Japanese speaking Engineer/Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our team for projects in India.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in a relevant engineering discipline, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to relocate to India for project assignment duration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works for assigned projects in India and SEA.
Act as a liaison between Japanese management, client and local project teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Assist in technical problem-solving, site supervision, and quality control.Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and reports as required.
Ensure all M&E works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Japanese nationality or Japanese speaker of JLPT N1/N2.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, in English and Japanese with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Willingness and ability to relocate to India for project duration.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience working on overseas projects or in an international environment is an advantage.
Experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
