【仕事内容】
■同社子会社を通じて同社が出資するバイオマス案件のアセットマネジメントをご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・技術メンバーやEPC事業者等と協力して案件の工程管理
・予実管理
・事業計画策定
・レンダー対応(総務的な業務も含む)
・外部税理士および監査法人と協業した会計処理スキームの策定
・バイオマス事業における各種契約の査読および締結
・パートナー(地権者・電力会社・行政機関)などとの折衝 他
上記業務からバイオマス発電事業の開発プロジェクト全般の知識・経験を習得して頂く事で、将来プロジェクトマネージャーとして活躍して頂きます。
再エネ部ではプロジェクトマネージャーを中心に数名のチームで複数案件を並行して推進しており、リーガル・コマーシャル・技術・ファイナンス・の知見等も身に付けて頂く事ができます。

■事業会社、アセットマネジメント会社にて、再エネ案件のアセットマネジメント(建中~運開案件の運営管理)経験
■事業会社、金融系においてリーガル担当として再エネ関連契約の査読、管理経験
■子会社の運営管理(事業計画策定、決算策定、内部監査、規定策定等)経験
