今回は岐阜県にある「恵那工場」にて、品質・技術管理スタッフ【正社員】を募集します

本社営業が発注した要求事項の確認から、製品のテストサンプルの測定、完成品の納入およびアフターフォローなどをお任せいたします。

経験は不問です。

未経験者やブランクをお持ちの方は、イチからしっかり学べる座学や現場研修などをご用意しています

鉄鋼業界や製鉄工場、品質、設備、生産などの管理業務の経験をお持ちの方は培ったスキルや知識を活かして活躍できる環境で働けますよ*

【仕事内容】


ステンレス摩棒鋼の品質・技術管理者としてのお仕事です。

ステンレスを中心とした品質管理・技術管理を中心に設備管理や生産管理など、製品のクオリティを左右する重要なポジションです。

・受注した要求事項の確認

・製造工程の設計

・製品のテストサンプルの測定

・証明書の発行

・完成品の納入、アフターフォロー

・電話、メール対応

・その他雑務

【業務の流れ】

①本社営業が受注した要求事項の確認

②お客様が満足いく製品を作るための製造工程設計

③完成した製品のテストサンプルにて機会的性質測定

④ミルシートの発行

⑤製品の納入、アフターフォロー

⽣産をスピードアップするために、新たな機械の導⼊の提案や改造の検討、ニーズに合った独⾃鋼種、新製品の提案やテストを行うなど、段階的にスキルアップが可能な環境です。

また、マーケティング的な観点を持って現状の市場動向の調査や、営業と打ち合わせを⾏いながら顧客のニーズもヒアリングすることで、市場ニーズの調査・分析のスキルも身に付けることも可能です。

土日休み+祝日(年数回出勤あり)で、年間休日は121日あります。(2026年度予定)

・大学卒業以上

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

〇経験不問(未経験やブランクをお持ちの方もOK)

8:30〜17:30(休憩60分)

※日勤のみ(夜勤なし)

※残業あり(月平均20時間程度)
