【仕事内容】

アンドパッド新規事業開発組織「ANDPAD ZERO」では、初期スタートアップのように、小規模なチームで新プロダクトやサービス/事業を常に開発しています。

直近も新プロダクトを開発するプロジェクトが生まれてきており、その中心メンバーとなってくれる方を探しています。

【具体的には】

ANDPAD BIM、ANDPAD 3Dスキャンのプロダクト・マネージャーを募集します。

・顧客ヒアリング等に基づく、要求整理、要件定義

・要件定義に基づくWireFrame作成

・開発ロードマップ作成と日々の進捗管理

・プロダクトの利用状況の管理

・国内外チームとのコミュニケーション

・品質管理テスト(UAT、リグレッションテスト)

ZEROでは、開発パートナーである顧客と共に、顧客課題・解決策を整理するコンサルテーションと共に、そのアウトプットとして新プロダクトや新機能の開発を進めています。その中核プロダクト群の1つが、ANDPAD BIMとANDPAD 3Dスキャンになります。エンジニアだけでなく、顧客ともコミュニケーションをしながら、プロダクト開発をリードしていただける方を募集しています。

プロジェクト推進の中心メンバーとして「ANDPAD」の新プロダクトや新サービス・新事業を自分の手で拡大していくことができるポジションです。

自分の頭で考え、手を動かし、BizやDevのメンバーと協働してプロジェクトを推進することにワクワクする方や、過去の経験や知識を活かしつつ、さらにアンラーニングして事業家として成長したい方は是非選考にいらしてください。

【求める人材】

【いずれか必須】

・スタートアップ、IT企業でのプロダクト・マネジメント経験5年以上

・スタートアップ等での開発経験5年以上

・SIerでのコンサル経験5年以上

【歓迎】

・システム/アプリ開発経験

・英語でのコミュニケーションを用いた、海外チームとのプロジェクト経験

・BIM・コンピュテーショナル・デザイン経験実務での活用経験

・3Dフレームワーク、3D Libraryでの開発orPM経験(WebGL・Unity等)

・Webアプリの開発orPM経験(React等)

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
