業務内容:
・主にアップストリーム全般(細胞培養、抗体等関連製品、バイオリアクター、遠心分離機等シングルユース機器おより消耗品など)のマーケティング業務
・市場分析、競合分析等を行い、MQL/SQL獲得を目指した担当製品ラインのマーケティング戦略立案および実行
・担当製品リストおよび製品価格設定、管理
・社外ステークホルダーに向けた訴求活動:
製品に関わるコンテンツ、クリエイティブ制作(ブログ作成、Webコンテンツ作成、プレゼンテーション資料等)
イベント企画、実行
必須条件:
5-7年以上のマーケティング業務経験:
市場調査および戦略立案
コンテンツマーケティング
デジタルマーケティング
ABM
価格設定
KPI管理 等
担当製品もしくはソリューションにおいて、プロダクトライフサイクルを一貫して担当した経験
ステークホルダーマネージメント。チームの一員として働いた経験
常にチームワークを意識し、他者を尊重する姿勢
国内外ステークホルダーとの連携、交渉を行った経験
目的にかなう新しいマーケティング手法を考え、取り入れ、実行していく推進力
展示会、学会などでのマーケティング活動経験
生命科学、バイオ医薬品の研究動向や産業への関心、学ぶ姿勢
あると好ましい経験:
バイオ医薬に関する業務経験
医薬品製造技術に関わった経験
学会でのマーケティング活動経験
プロジェクトリーダーとしてプロジェクトを完遂した経験
予算管理、価格設定を行った経験
セミナー等でのプレゼンテーション
ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション力
学士号以上の学位(MBA尚可)
