「日本の食文化」を支えるお米のプロとして

既存のお客様をサポートする営業です。

扱うのは、全国から厳選された

自社ブランド米「えべっさん」。

売るだけではない「提案」の面白さ

単に受注を頂くだけでなく、

美味しい炊き方を伝授する

「炊飯指導」も大切な仕事のひとつ。

お客様から「教わった通りに炊いたら

評判が良くなったよ」と感謝されることも

多く、頼られる喜びを実感できます。

【現場に寄り添うスタイル】

スーパーなどの量販店では、手に取り

たくなる売り場づくりをプロデュース。

外食企業様には、メニューに合わせた

お米の銘柄選定をサポート。

それぞれの現場が抱える課題を

お米の力で解決していきます。

【取引先の割合と業務】

取引先は大手外食チェーン(6割)

と量販店(4割)です。外食向けには

品質管理のフォロー、量販店向けには

売り場づくりや特売の交渉など、各業界に

合わせた提案を行います。異なる2つの

ノウハウが必要ですが、段階を踏んで

学べるので未経験でも安心です。

【教育体制】

「いきなり一人で」ということはありません。

半年間の研修期間を設け、基礎から丁寧に

お教えします。まずは20社程度の担当から

始め、慣れてきたら徐々に幅を広げて

いきましょう。

【勤務時間・休日】

● 8:30〜17:30(休憩1h)

● 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

● 年間休日120日

● 夏季・年末年始休暇あり

【給与・待遇】

<月給>

220,000円~284,800円

予定年収340万~450万円

賞与年2回(昨年度3.5ヶ月分)
