Move-in support
- Work with real estate agencies to find compliant residential properties.
- Contact landlords/agencies for refurbishing, health and safety inspections, and other necessary works before move-in.
- Organize temporary accommodation if the location is not ready.
- Prepare temporary items and furniture for the office before staff arrival.
- Conduct induction including property and furniture checks, inventory verification, and customer sign-offs.
- Update property list and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Manage bill payments and ensure rent and utilities are paid promptly.
Move-out support
- Arrange temporary accommodation or items as needed.
- Inspect furniture and property condition before check-out.
- Handle reimbursements for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Ensure full deposit return after thorough cleaning.
- Coordinate furniture return if not reusing the property.
- Update property list and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Manage bill payments and ensure timely disconnection of services.
Living support
- Schedule annual property inspections and coordinate repairs.
- Renew leases when necessary.
- Organize meter readings, maintenance records, and air conditioning cleaning.
Subcontractor Management
- Supervise agencies, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
- Provide performance reviews to the procurement team annually.
- Address and close work orders promptly.
- Update furniture and inventory lists.
- Arrange bulk pick-up.
- Prepare property application packs.
- File inspection results and reports electronically and in hard copy.
- Report emergencies, incidents, and energy consumption.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
- Ensure timely payments.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Facilities Management Team.
- Focus on customer communication and experience.
