担当業務:事業拡大および持続可能性と顧客満足を得られるよう、サプライチェーン全体管理の責任を負う。

  • 物流、倉庫、輸送、顧客サービスを戦略的に計画し、管理する。
  • サプライヤー、メーカー、代理店、顧客と連携し、交渉する。
  • 品質、物量、在庫レベル、納期、輸送コストや効率を最適に維持する。
  • 発生した苦情や問題を解決する。
  • 倉庫従業員を監督、指導、教育する。
  • コスト、生産性、精度、タイムリーさのKPIを達成する。
  • 結果分析とパフォーマンス評価を行い、改善を実施する。
  • 法規制やISO要求事項の遵守。
  • サプライチェーン全体の最適化を指示し、調整する。
  • 倉庫を手配し、ルートを計画し、出荷処理をする。
  • アジアや国内の事業部長と、各事業部のロジスティクスマネージャーをよくコミュニケーションをとる。

    • 学歴:

    短大または四年制大学卒以上

    必要な知識・経験・資格・スキル等:

  • 同様の物流業務において5年以上の経験。
  • 海外とのやりとりのある中規模企業での業務経験。
  • 適応力があり、顧客、チーム、ビジネスに柔軟に対応できること
  • 自発的に行動し、最小限のサポートで業務が進められること。
  • 過去の経験や間違いを改善の前向きな機会として活用できること。
  • 顧客志向で、顧客および代理店と良好な関係を構築できること。
  • 決断力があり、問題を回避して「できる」という姿勢。
  • メンバーと関わり、管理するための優れたコミュニケーション力。
  • 自部門の優先順位やニーズだけでなく、全体像も見て、包括的なアプローチができること。
  • 英語力 TOEIC>800で、読み書き、会話ができること。

    • 待遇・勤務条件:

  • 就業時間 9:00-17:30 (フレックスタイム制度あり。コアタイムなしのフルフレックス)

    • 標準労働時間 7時間30分 (休憩12:00- 13:00)

  • 休日 土曜日、日曜日、祝祭日、年末年始、夏期休暇
  • 賃金

    • 理論年収:約800万円~ 900万円くらい (経験に依る ご相談)

    月額基本給:60万円~68万円(経験・能力に応じて相談)

    手当または、時間外手当支給(適用クラスにより異なる)

    賞与:業績(会社・個人)に応じて支給 OnTargetの場合 基本年収の10%

  • 昇給 年1回(実績 毎年7月)
  • 賞与 年1回(実績 毎年7月)
