オープニングスタッフとして、
オペレーションの構築など様々な業務をお任せ。
営業開始後は基本的な接客や
ドリンク業務などに携わっていただきます。
・店舗運営業務(ドリンク、接客、清掃等)
・その他イベントの運営 など

大型LEDビジョンを取り囲むエリアに8つの飲食店がオープン。
その中で唯一の横浜DeNAベイスターズのオフィシャル飲食店舗
ベイスターズファンの心を掴み、
観戦をさらに盛り上げる球団マスコットや
選手コラボのフードやドリンクのメニューをご用意いたします

勤務時間
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり169時間18分
- 営業時間 (予定)
11:00-23:00
- 勤務時間 (予定)
10:00~23:30
※シフト制
(実働8時間・時間外勤務あり)
※終電考慮いたします。

- 公休 :9日/月
- 時期休日 :3日(12月から9月)
- 年間休日 :111日
【休暇等】
- 入社時特別休暇(有給:3日、有給付与前までにやむを得ず欠勤となった場合に使用可能)
- 有給休暇(入社時から6ヶ月後10日付与、以降法定どおり)
- 慶弔休暇(有給:事由によって1~5日)

給与
月給 25万1000円~28万2600円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万6500円以上(固定残業時間:23時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
経験・スキルなどを考慮のうえ決定します。

(下記の固定残業見合手当を超えた分は別途支給)
月給が28万未満の場合
固定残業時間:23時間
見合手当:\35,500以上
月給が28万円以上の場合
固定残業時間:33時間
見合手当:\55,400以上
- 法定休出手当
- 深夜勤務手当(22:00~25%UP)
※月給に応じて固定残業代は変動しますが、
いずれも記載の最低額以上を保証しています。
