[Responsibilities]
・Lead projects at various stages from client requirement collection to business analysis, external design, development/configuration, testing, and implementation.
・Contribute to business unit-level and company-wide initiatives with the aim of providing high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.
・Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India side), client teams, and onsite teams (client-resident members).
・Analyze customer problems and create and document solutions

[Requirements]
・Those who have graduated (completed) or are expected to graduate (complete) from a university or graduate school in Japan or overseas by March/September 2025 * (start date will be discussed)
・Able to work full-time in Japan.
・Science background (engineering, mathematics, information science, etc.) is welcome
・Japanese language proficiency at business level or above
・Able to communicate in simple English (TOEIC score of 600 or above)

・High adaptability to the environment. Able to share ideas and work together in a mixed team of onsite (client site) and offshore (mainly in India).
