[Responsibilities]
- Lead projects at various stages from client requirement collection to business analysis, external design, development/configuration, testing and implementation.
- Contribute to business unit level initiatives and companywide initiatives with the aim of providing high quality and valueadded consulting solutions to clients in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies and standards.
- Execute projects in collaboration with offshore team (India side), client team and onsite team (clientresident members).

[Requirements]
・Those who have graduated (completed) or are expected to graduate (complete) from a university or graduate school in Japan or overseas by March/September 2026 * (start date will be discussed)
・Able to work full-time in Japan.
・Science background (engineering, mathematics, information science, etc.) is welcome
・Japanese language proficiency at business level or above
・Able to communicate in simple English (TOEIC score of 600 or above)

・Interested in the functions and future potential of platforms such as ERP and artificial intelligence
・Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, speaking ability, and writing ability.
・Able to represent projects and negotiate with customers alone as necessary, and to play the role of a trusted advisor in the future.
・High adaptability to the environment. Able to share ideas and work together in a mixed team of onsite (client site) and offshore (mainly in India).
・Excellent ability to organize an organization and analytical skills. Also, those who have such experiences during their student days
