The Service Engineer supports inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting based on vessel schedules and works closely with customers to ensure safe, efficient service while strengthening technical collaboration across APAC.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate service for Marine equipment (Life-Saving Appliances) in the field using the skills acquired through training.
- Ensure good teamwork with sales representatives in the office and global network.
- Support sales representatives at sales-related events such as exhibitions, roadshows, and seminars.
- Provide appropriate reporting before and after training, field work, and sales support.
- Manage work expenses and time.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support sales administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience in on site service business.
- Experience for the marine / offshore / maritime industry business is desirable
- Possess a technical understanding of mechanical products.
- Understanding and experience of marine safety equipment and cranes is desirable.
- Good communication skills in writing and speaking
- Cooperative and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic English would be helpful for workplace communication
