【仕事内容】

グループ会社(大和ハウス工業、フジタ等)の設備設計部門・BIM推進部門と連携し、BIMを活用した設備プロジェクトの推進や、BIM・FM業務を行う部門と協力しながら、設備BIMモデリングやFMシステム構築業務に携わっていただきます。

具体的には、

・T-fasやRebro等の設備系ツールからRevitへの変換検討・調整

・設備BIMモデリング、ファミリ(部品データ)の作成・管理

・BIMデータの維持・管理方法の検討・改善提案

・FMシステム構築のための情報整理や入力

・設備設計者へのBIM推進、標準化方法の提案

9:00~18:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)

※フジタ社勤務時間との兼ね合いで8:30~17:30の場合あり

【給与詳細】

・月給:237,500円~371,820円

(基本給:209,000円~331,820円+等級手当28,500円~40,000円)

※賃金は目安。年齢・経験により決定・優遇

・賞与:年2回(計3.75ヶ月/2024年実績)

・昇給:あり

・残業手当:1分単位で支給(みなし残業なし)

・役職手当:リーダー以上10,000円~50,000円/月

・テレワーク・在宅勤務手当あり

給与モデル

年収目安:363万円~586万円

(賞与込み/残業代・交通費は別途支給)

モデル年収:リーダー(4年目)541万円、課長(8年目)660万円
