仕事内容

大和ハウスグループ各社や建設業界のプロジェクトにて、BIMコンサルタントとして建設プロセスのデジタル化推進を担当。設計・施工・DXなど幅広い分野で、BIM/CIMの導入支援や教育、標準化、プロジェクト推進などを行います。現場作業はありません。

【主な業務内容】

・BIM標準化、ルール策定、教育研修、教材・動画作成

・建築現場へのBIM導入、施工BIM推進、施工図・AutoCAD教育

・設備BIM推進、FMデータ構築、CIM推進プロジェクト

・BIMファミリ仕様作成、DX施策推進、海外事業部との連携

入社後の流れ

Revit基礎研修からスタートし、各部署独自の研修やOJTを実施。BIM未経験から活躍している社員も多数 チームで学び合いながら成長できる環境です。
