仕事内容:

HITOWANは今後、店舗拡大に加え、ペットライフに本当に必要とされるプロダクトやサービスを、現場起点で生み出していくブランドです。

店舗マネージャーは、

スタッフとお客様、両方の声をつなぐ中核ポジション。

日々の店舗運営に加え、

  • スタッフ・お客様双方との円滑なコミュニケーションの構築
  • スタッフ一人ひとりの成長を正しく評価する、評価制度の運用・改善
  • 新人育成やチームづくりを通じた、働きやすく前向きな店舗環境の形成

といった、「人」と「組織」を育てる役割を担っていただきます。

また、売上やリピート率などの数値を把握し、

「なぜ伸びたのか」「どこを改善すべきか」をチームで共有しながら、

勤務時間・曜日:

◎シフト制

◎実働8時間(休憩60分)

◎10:00~20:00の間で変動

休暇・休日:

マネージャー職は、月8〜9日休みのシフト制となります。

土日祝の出勤が基本となりますが、店舗の状況や人員体制、繁忙期などにより、

休日日数や出勤曜日が異なる場合があります。

その際は、特定の個人に負担が偏らないよう、

事前の相談やチーム内での調整を行いながら運用しています。

また、年末年始は12月31日〜1月2日まで休業

(※昨年実績)となりました。

このほか、年に2回の特別休暇制度があります。

勤務地:

出勤は、管理部がある吉祥寺店を基本とします。

業務内容やマネジメントの観点から、

他店舗への出勤をお願いする場合があります。

また、必要に応じて、大阪店・福岡店を含む出張をお願いすることがあります。

なお、全店舗とも敷地内禁煙となっており、

受動喫煙防止対策を実施しています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥224,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,500〜¥45,500(28時間相当分)を含む。28時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
