Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage the full order-to-cash workflow (orders, delivery, invoicing, payments)
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
- Support Sales with quotations, contracts, and forecasting inputs
- Monitor inventory and logistics performance; resolve delivery/customs issues
- Lead implementation of customer-facing logistics or order management systems
- Promote and support use of digital tools (ERP, Power BI) and process digitalization
- Conduct operational and sales performance analysis
- Maintain accurate customer and order data
- Ensure compliance with trade and internal policies
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in logistics, SCM, or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Business-level English
- Business-level Japanese
- Background in managing teams is a plus
- Experience with system implementations and digital process improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Salary
- Company will consider candidates up to 13M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
