  • 募集背景

研究開発部では、顧客もしくは自社の業務をAI中心の業務プロセスに置き換えるために、AIエージェントの開発を行っています。(例:テスト設計エージェント)

これまで研究開発中心だった段階から、プロダクトとしてデリバリーしていくフェーズへ移行して おり、プロダクト開発のリードをしていただけるメンバーを募集します。

  • 業務内容

・AIエージェント/AIプロダクトの性能評価

・AI技術の可能性を引き出すための要件定義(プロダクトオーナーとの協働)

・定義した要件をもとにした機能レベルのプロトタイプ開発

・ベトナム開発チームと連携したWebアプリケーション開発

・β版プロダクトのため、仕様を自ら検討しながら改善・提案できる環境

・Codex、Claude Code、Cline、Cursor などのコーディングエージェントを積極的に活用

  • 働き方のイメージ

・残業10時間程度、決まった閑散期繁忙期は無し。

・9:00-17:45が基本勤務時間。業務調整できればフレックスを活用しているメンバー多数。

・会社規定では在宅勤務は月8回(頻度に関しては応相談可)

  • 必須要件

・Web・モバイルアプリケーション開発経験(言語不問)

  • 歓迎要件

・品質保証に関しての知見

・生成AIの業務活用経験

OpenAI APIなどクラウドLLMのAPI利用経験

・Python/JavaScriptによる簡易ツール開発経験

待遇

  • 想定年収:478万円~860万円

  • 基本給:246,500~384,788円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有 残業時間に応じて別途支給

  • 試用期間:有 (3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度の実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月 数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価にて支給 )
