株式会社アトでは、年間10億枚以上のチラシを配布しております。
全国60拠点以上のネットワークに加え、
200社を超える協力会社様と連携することで、
47都道府県すべてのエリアをカバーしています。
今回のメイン業務は「アトの配布の質」を重視し、
協力会社様それぞれの特性を理解したうえで
案件内容に応じた最適な依頼を行う重要なポジションです。
<業務内容>
(1) 協力会社への手配・調整
・案件内容(エリア・部数・期間)に応じて、最適な協力会社を選定・手配
・配布スケジュール調整、諸条件確認、輸送管理及び納品日や集荷日の調整
・自社配布(各支社)との分担調整
(2) 配布品質のチェック
・GPSログ、配布報告書、現地状況などをもとに、協力会社による配布品質を確認
・抜き打ちで現地調査や配布状況確認も実施
(3) 委託先の改善フォロー
・問題発生時の原因確認
・改善指導や再発防止策の共有
・長期的に信頼できるパートナー関係の構築

品質管理業務は未経験からスタートしたメンバーがほとんどですので、未経験の方も安心してご応募ください。
