【概要】

全国に多店舗展開する企業様向けの自社開発SaaSプロダクト「gleasin」のAIアルゴリズム開発や立地戦略コンサルティングのアプリケーションエンジニア業務をお任せします。

スムーズな開発推進と高品質な成果物を実現するため、エンジニアリング知識を有しながらプロジェクト全体をマネジメントできるPMをお任せします。

gleasin(グリーシン)とはビッグデータから、出店候補地の探索・物件のスクリーニング・AI売上予測など立地戦略をAI技術でサポートするサービスとなります。

大手フランチャイズ本部に導入されているAI売上予測の改修・新機能提案などにも関われます。

【詳細】

・Webアプリケーション開発プロジェクトの進行管理

・要件定義、スコープ策定、工数見積もり、リソース計画

・開発チーム(エンジニア・デザイナー)のマネジメント・調整

・クライアント/社内ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整

・品質・スケジュール・コストの管理

・リスク分析と課題解決の推進

・プロジェクト完了後の振り返りと改善活動

・SaaSプロダクト「gleas(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Webまたはモバイルアプリケーション開発に関する実務経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(規模問わず)

・要件定義・仕様策定の経験

・チームでの開発進行管理(WBS、タスク管理ツール利用など)の経験

・顧客折衝・社内外の調整経験

【歓迎】

・10名以上の開発チームのマネジメント経験

・アジャイル開発におけるPM/PO経験

・AWS/GCP等クラウドサービスの知識

・Backlogなどのプロジェクト管理ツール利用経験

・情報処理技術者試験(PM,ITストラテジスト等)やPMP等の資格

・PHP、Laravel、、Pythonなどの言語フレームワーク使用経験
