空間設計施工事業の全体推進・CM業務(オフィス・商業施設など)/アイリスグループ/東京都

【仕事内容】

日系家電&日用品の大手企業グループの同社にてオフィス・商業施設における空間設計施工事業の全体推進・CM業務をお任せします。

アイリスオーヤマグループは多様な事業を展開する中、BtoB 空間設計・施工事業を拡大しております。

オフィスや大規模商業施設、店舗の内装、公共施設、福祉施設、アミューズ、教育施設、スポーツ施設、ホテルなど様々な空間創造も注力事業の一つであり、今回の求人はBtoB事業の更なる拡大に向け、一緒に活躍いただける経歴を持った仲間の募集となります。

【具体的な業務】

・クライアントのニーズに沿う空間設計施工業務をトータルマネジメント

・クライアント、お施主様や設計事務所、ゼネコン、施工協力会社との打合せ、折衝

・内装系設計施工業務全体のコスト/工程・品質等監理を行うコンストラクションマネジメント業務

・地域手当:

基本給の11%:東京都・神奈川県

基本給の6%:茨城県・大阪府・京都府・兵庫県・埼玉県・千葉県・愛知県・滋賀県

基本給の2%:静岡県

基本給の1%:栃木県

・家族手当(社会保険の扶養家族について 配偶者/月10,000円 18歳未満の子/月5,000円)

・職技手当(弁護士・弁理士・博士号/月50,000円 等)

・住宅手当(月20,000円 ※勤続年数により変動有、入社後の転勤時は別途、家賃補助制度を適用)

・見込残業手当(月20~30時間の残業代をみなしで固定支給、超過分は別途時間外手当を支給)

・入社の際に転居が必要な場合、転居費用や住居初期費用は個人負担です。

・入社後に会社指示による転勤が発生した場合は、転居費用や住居初期費用を会社が負担します。

【想定年収】500万円~750万円(年齢例:30歳~49歳)【想定月収】31万円~(年齢例:30歳~49歳)※上記金額はあくまでも目安であり、経験・年齢・能力などを考慮のうえ、同社規定により決定します。※上記金額には固定残業手当(20~30時間/月:50,000円~)を含んでおります。 超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給致します。※年俸制の場合は、手当の対象外となります。 いずれも会社規定により対象者に支給します。

  • 賞与:有り(年2回、7月・12月)

土日祝が休日のベースですが、一部の土曜・祝日が稼働日となります。

4月~12月の土曜日稼働は合計3回程度です。

※毎年12月中旬に翌年1年間の勤務カレンダーを決定し、原則変更はございません。
