【お任せすること】

・施工計画の作成、工程管理、安全管理、原価管理、品質管理

・現場での進捗確認や協力会社との打ち合わせ

現場は川崎市が約8割。移動負担が少なく、直行直帰も推奨しています。

・1級・2級建築施工管理技士(補)をお持ちの方歓迎

・資格がなくても、建築工事の現場経験がある方も歓迎します

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

・責任感を持って億単位の予算管理や急な調整にスムーズに対応できる方

・チームでの仕事を円滑に進めるための協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

・施工管理担当は現場への直行直帰OK

・給与は面接時に経験年数・保有資格等を踏まえて相談の上決定します。

年収例:

・30歳代(有資格者):600万円~800万円

・40歳代(有資格者):700万円〜1000万円

・50歳代(有資格者の管理職):800〜1200万円
