■業務内容

・給与計算処理(外部ベンダー連携、コミッション計算、Workdayへのデータ入力・維持)

・社会保険、労働保険関連手続き、年末調整、法定報告への対応

・福利厚生プログラム(団体保険、確定拠出年金/DCなど)の管理

・従業員からの給与・福利厚生・勤怠に関する問い合わせ対応

・人事戦略のサポート、従業員ライフサイクル全般(採用、オンボーディング、異動等)の管理サポート

・グローバルポリシー・通知の翻訳

■応募条件

・HRジェネラリストとしての実務経験2年以上

・ペイロール(給与計算)管理者としての実務経験1年以上

・労働法、社会保険、税制に関する確かな知識と理解

・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上

・英語:ビジネスレベル以上(TOEIC 650点以上が目安)
