加盟店オンボーディング申込情報のレビュー・修正
不備修正依頼および必要書類の回収
電話・メールでの進捗フォロー
決済端末の設定サポート
アクティブ率向上のための加盟店訪問・関係構築
必須条件
日本語ネイティブレベル
電話対応または顧客サポート経験(1年以上)
基本的なPC操作・CRM入力スキル
締め切り遵守・正確な事務処理能力
歓迎条件
英語・中国語・韓国語いずれかでの業務コミュニケーション経験
日本市場向け BPO、コールセンターでの経験
金融・EC・POS端末関連の業務経験

勤務時間:
午前9時30分~午後6時30分(コアタイムを午前10時30分~午後4時とするフレックスタイム制あり)

¥4,000,000 ~ ¥8,000,000

ResponsibilitiesReview and correct merchant onboarding applications
Request corrections and collect necessary documents
Follow up with merchants by phone and email
Provide support for payment terminal setup
Visit merchants to build relationships and improve activation rate
Requirements
Native-level Japanese
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or phone-based support
Basic PC skills and CRM data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Business communication skills in English, Chinese, or Korean
Experience in BPO or call centers for the Japanese market
Experience in financial services, e-commerce, or POS-related operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Can accurately understand instructions and complete tasks on time
Comfortable with phone support and in-person merchant visits, with a polite and friendly manner of speaking
Able to follow SOPs strictly while also proposing improvements
Employment type:
Full-time employee
Probation period: 3 months (no change in wages or conditions)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)

Salary details:
¥4,000,000 ~ ¥8,000,000
*Salary includes fixed overtime pay.
