金融Sectionの銀行領域において、マネージャーとしてプロジェクトの統括と完遂を担い、

銀行クライアントに対するITコンサルティング業務全般を担当します。

顧客への提案書作成、プロジェクト方針・構想策定、プロジェクト管理、業務改革、

システム企画から導入等を行います。

また、メンバーの中長期的な育成も担当します。

【具体的には】

・ マネージャーとして金融Sectionの銀行領域における、プロジェクトの統括と完遂

・ 銀行クライアントに対するITコンサルティング業務全般

・ 顧客への提案書作成

・ プロジェクト方針・構想策定

・ プロジェクト管理(PMO)

・ 業務改革

・ システム企画から導入等

・ メンバーの中長期的な育成

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ SIerやコンサルティングファームなどで銀行をクライアントとした、業務改革/ITコンサルティング/システム導入案件等のプロジェクトマネジャーのご経験(プロジェクト規模として5名以上)

・ 銀行のシステム部でのリーダ職、または同等の社員代替として、システム開発、導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験

・ プロジェクトマネージャー(Web・オープン系)として3年以上の経験

・ 業務プロセスコンサルタントとして3年以上の経験

・ システムコンサルタントとして3年以上の経験

・ パッケージ導入コンサルタントとして3年以上の経験

・ 下記のご経験が5年以上の方。

・ SE(Web・オープン系)

・ インフラエンジニア

・ サーバーエンジニア(構築・運用)

・ パッケージ開発

【給与】

年収1000~1600万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
