六本木駅から徒歩5分の好立地にある韓国レストランで、正社員ホールスタッフとして新たな一歩を踏み出しませんか。実働8時間のシフト制で、9時から24時の間で働く時間が調整されます。月給は285,000円から450,000円で、経験や能力を考慮して決定します。

このポジションでは、お客様に本場の韓国料理と文化を提供する接客のプロフェッショナルを目指していただきます。店内へのご案内からオーダーテイク、料理の配膳と説明、ドリンクサービスまで、一連の流れを通じてお客様に特別な時間を届けます。韓国料理の知識や接客スキルは、充実した研修制度で身につけられますので、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

【お任せすること】

・お客様を温かくお迎えし、店内の雰囲気に合わせた心地よいご案内をしていただきます。初めてのお客様にも、リピーターの方にも、それぞれに合ったおもてなしを心がけます。

・オーダーをお伺いする際は、メニューの魅力を丁寧にお伝えし、お客様の好みや気分に合わせた一品をご提案します。韓国料理の奥深さを一緒に学びながら、お客様との会話も楽しんでいただけます。

・料理をお出しする際は、一品ごとの特徴や食べ方をわかりやすく説明し、本場韓国の食文化をお伝えします。お客様の反応を見ながら、タイミングよくサービスを提供します。

・ドリンクサービスでは、お客様のペースを見極めながら、適切なタイミングでグラスを満たします。細やかな気配りが、お客様の満足度を高めます。

月給285,000円から450,000円と、経験や能力に応じた給与設定です。想定年収は3,420,000円から5,400,000円で、年1回の昇給制度もあります。頑張りが給与に反映されるので、モチベーション高く働けます。研修期間2ヶ月を経て、しっかりと評価される環境です。
