民間航空機エンジン事業はIHIの成長事業として位置づけられており、2050年カーボンニュートラルの実現に向け、航空機電動化やeVTOL、複合材(FRP、CMC)など次世代事業の開発・新規事業の企画を積極的に推進しています。

今回募集する「民間エンジン事業部 次世代プロジェクト部」は、民間航空機エンジンに関する次世代の事業開発に特化し、2025年に新設された組織です。本ポジションでは、民間航空機エンジン事業における新規プログラムへの参画検討や、既存事業から派生した新規事業企画(市場調査・事業化検討)、さらに既存案件のプロジェクトマネジメントなど幅広い業務を担当いただきます。現在、民間航空エンジン分野では多くの新規案件が寄せられており、すでに複数のプロジェクトが事業化に向けて動き出している中、さらなる事業推進と体制強化のため、増員募集を行っています。

  • 市場動向調査(競合分析・需要予測など)

国内外の航空機エンジンに関する展示会やカンファレンスに参加し、今後の新規事業企画に必要な最新情報の収集や、潜在的な協業パートナーの探索・検討を行っていただきます(海外出張の機会あり)。また、すでに進行中の複数プロジェクトについても継続的に市場調査を実施し、市場ニーズを的確に捉えた事業展開を目指します。

  • 新規事業企画・推進

市場動向調査をもとに、IHIグループで培った技術シーズを活用したマネタイズや新規事業化が可能なプロジェクトの企画・推進を担っていただきます。プロジェクト推進にあたっては、国内外の企業との連携や、社内技術部門との調整も不可欠となるため、社内外を問わず高い関係構築力が求められます。事業化の過程でサプライチェーンの構築・改善などの調整も必要に応じてご担当いただきます。また、新規事業推進のためにM&Aが必要となった場合には、当部門主導でM&A実務まで携わっていただくことも可能です。

IHIの成長事業と位置付けられる航空エンジン分野において、次世代の事業開発を推進することに注力している部門での活躍。技術を大切にしている当社の研究開発技術を、事業へと結びつける役割。企画・提案力を活かしてキャリアアップを目指される方を歓迎。

国内外の企業との調整業務や、社内プロジェクト・技術者との調整を通じて幅広いネットワークの構築が可能。国内出張・海外出張あり。

必須要件

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC700点以上)※海外のお客様と会議等が発生します。
  • 海外企業との業務経験
  • 事業会社における事業企画のご経験

  • M&A 実施経験
  • メーカー企業における新規事業企画のご経験

・製造業において、新規事業を立ち上げたことがある方

・新規事業立ち上げにあたりM&Aを実施されたことのある方

【待遇】

募集者 株式会社IHI

勤務時間 本社・事務所・研究所 8:30~17:30 (工場 8:00~17:00)

給与 経験・能力・年齢を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

諸手当 超過勤務手当、通勤交通費支給等

昇給 年1回(4月)

賞与 年2回(6月・12月)

休日 年間125日、完全週休二日制(土・日)、祝日、夏期連休休暇,盆連休休暇、年末年始連休休暇

休暇 有給休暇(初年度より22日)、慶事休暇、特別休暇
