KPI設定からデータ分析、販促キャンペーンの企画・実行まで、

幅広い業務にチャレンジできます。

新規モール立ち上げなど、さらなる成長フェーズでの活躍も期待できます

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・KPI設定

・予算実績管理および報告業務

・データ分析および改善施策立案~改善

・販売計画及び計画に伴うキャンペーンや販促品施策の立案~改善

・LPおよび商品ページのディレクション、制作

・広告の運用立案~改善

・コスト管理

・MDとの商談、交渉

・新規モールでの新店舗立ち上げ

資格


・B2C物販ECサイトの運営、企画管理経験(3年以上)

・具体的な販促キャンペーンの企画、実行、改善のサイクル運用経験

・WEBマーケティング、SEO対策経験

・商品ページディレクション(撮影/修正)、全体のUI/UXディレクション経験

・Web運用型広告の運用、改善経験

・KPIの策定、PL予実管理の経験

・マネジメント経験2名以上

・SNSメディア展開の経験

・データ分析に関連するスキル・知識がある

・他部署を巻き込みながらチームとしてプロジェクトをリード・マネジメントした経験
