インフラエンジニア 官公庁・自治体・社会インフラ向け/プライム・大型案件あり/フルフレックス可

【仕事内容】

電力・ガス・高速道路等の社会インフラ企業、公共団体(主に自治体)などの顧客に対して、プラットフォーム構築・クラウド構築・デスクトップソリューション(VDI、DaaS等)を主としたITインフラの導入・保守を行っていただきます。

自社社員・協力会社の社員にてプロジェクトチームを形成し、ゆくゆくはプロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただく予定です。ご経験やご希望に応じて、以下いずれかの業務をお任せします。

VDI・DaaSを中心としたデスクトップコンピューティングシステムの企画、導入、保守

・VDI製品を活用したデスクトップコンピューティング環境の構築

・DaaS及びゼロトラスト技術を活用したデスクトップコンピューティング環境の構築

・サーバ仮想化環境の構築

インフラ仮想基盤の設計・構築・運用

入社後はOJTを通じて顧客の業務やご自身の仕事を理解いただき、その後ご自身の経験から身近な業務に携わっていただきます。将来的には協力会社をとりまとめるPL、PMを目指せます。

公共・社会事業グループに配属です。

社員:約30名に加え、協力会社の社員の方が在籍をしております。平均年齢は40歳以上と経験豊富な社員が多い環境です。

配属となる組織(部)は、主に社会および公共分野の顧客を中心に、ITインフラ事業・デジタライゼーション事業を展開しております。3つのグループの構成をされており、それぞれ異なる役割を持って業務を行っております。

・パブリッククラウド(AWS、Azure、さくらのクラウド、M365など)の設計・構築経験

・仮想化設計の経験

・サーバー、ネットワーク、セキュリティの設計・構築経験

デジタル庁設置、クラウド・バイ・デフォルト、自治体情報システムの標準化を受け、主たる顧客である官公庁、自治体、社会インフラ企業にもクラウドリフト・クラウドシフトの波が来ており、顧客のニーズに応えるべく、今回人員を増員募集いたします。
