仕事内容
~音声自動サービスの簡単な設定作業などをお任せします~
<具体的には…>
1.サービス設計(業務理解・フロー設計)
2.シナリオ構築・動作テスト
3.営業支援(営業同行、サービス説明、デモ実施)
などを中心にご担当いただきます。
また、部内の各種業務サポートもお任せします。

入社後の研修があるので、無理なくスキル取得可能
シナリオ構築・動作テストから習得(座学24時間+OJT1ヶ月)
まずはノーコードツールの使い方やシナリオ構築の基礎を、
座学(約24時間)で学びます。
その後、約1ヶ月のOJTで実際の案件を通して
構築・検証を行い、ボイスボットの仕組みを理解していただきます。
- サービス設計(業務理解・フロー設計)へステップアップ
構築業務の中で設計書に触れながら業務理解を深め、
タイミングを見て、小規模な部分設計から実践にチャレンジ
- 営業支援(サービス説明・デモ・同行)にもチャレンジ
まずは営業同行に参加し、説明の流れやデモのポイントを把握します。
社内でのロールプレイを重ね、準備ができた段階で
クライアント対応にデビューいただきます。
