プロセスの標準化とDX推進:
「あの人しか分からない」を排除。
アクリル、縫製品、缶バッジなど多岐にわたるIP商材の品質基準を策定し、
効率的な管理システムを導入・構築してください。
サプライヤー戦略の再構築:
国内外の工場とのリレーションを深め、
単なる「発注先」を「共創パートナー」へと進化させる。
最適なコストとクオリティを導き出す司令塔を担います。
「強い」組織の組成:
約30名のメンバーを擁する部門のリーダー候補として、
人員配置や育成、評価まで深くコミット。
営業や企画と対等に渡り合い、
品質の観点から提言を行う「攻め」の姿勢が求められます。

応募資格・条件
大学卒以上 / 経験者のみ募集
【必須条件は、あなたの「武器」です】
・販促、印刷、グッズ業界での生産管理・品質管理(5年程度)
・3年以上のマネジメント経験
・多岐にわたる商材(アクリル、樹脂、布等)の知見
・国内外のサプライヤー(工場)の開拓、評価、リレーション構築スキル

転勤はありません。
新宿のランドマーク「東京オペラシティ」があなたの主戦場です。
オフィスは24階。

交通費は月額41,000円まで支給。
自転車やバイク通勤については、都心のビルという特性上、
基本的には公共交通機関の利用をお願いしていますが、
駅直結なので雨の日も濡れずにスマートに出社できます。

勤務時間
10:00〜18:30
実働時間:7時間30分/日
10:00~18:30が標準ですが、裁量労働制のため、仕事の進め方はあなた次第です。
月平均残業は20時間以下。

給与
月給 415,000円 ~ 500,000円 (※想定年収 5,000,000円 ~ 6,000,000円)
あなたのこれまでの「泥臭い交渉」や「緻密な管理」の経験を、
私たちは高く評価します。
昇給・賞与はそれぞれ年2回。
頑張りがダイレクトに反映される仕組みです。
「裁量労働制」を採用しているため、単なる時間の切り売りではなく、
アウトプットの質で評価されるプロフェッショナルな働き方が可能。
もちろん、深夜・休日手当などは別途支給されますので、ご安心ください。
