【年商3.6億円規模の営業に挑戦】

株式会社 阪神メタリックスは、特殊鋼及び加工品の販売を手掛ける専門商社です。今回募集するのは、法人営業(新卒)として、既存顧客への提案や新規顧客開拓、見積作成、受注・在庫・工程・与信管理など幅広い業務をお任せします。単なる営業マンではなく、月間3,000万円の予算を持ち、経営者視点でビジネスを推進する役割が期待されます。成果は決算賞与でしっかり還元され、やりがいを実感できる環境です。年齢や役職に関係なく意見を発信し、実行できる社風も魅力。事業部設立や社内起業のチャンスもあり、成長意欲の高い方に最適なポジションです。

月給:312,800円(新卒1年目想定)

・年収例:新卒1年目375.6万円、2年目426万円、3年目656万円、4年目747万円、5年目825万円

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回(夏・冬、計3ヶ月分/固定支給)

・決算賞与:業績に応じて9月支給(2004年以来連続支給)

・残業代、通勤手当は別途支給
