● 仕事内容 ■新設される生産技術センターの法務・コンプライアンス業務を担当頂きます。法務としての仕事は、主に契約業務となりサプラ
イヤーとの秘密保持契約・取引契約や大学との共同研究開発など
の契約書案文を作り上げる仕事となり、また、コンプライス業務
としては、稟議書の進達管理や貿易管理業務も担当頂く予定です ●仕事のやりがい1 生産技術センターは、生産技術に関する先行開発機能を担う全社
コーポレート部門であり、2024年7月発足の新組織です。まずは
60名体制でスタートしますが2030年には200名体制まで拡大す
る予定。管理グループは組織を維持するうえで重要な部署であり
、法務・コンプライアンス業務においても、自分自身で新しい道 ●仕事のやりがい2 を切り開くことを経験できる。
■職種の変更の範囲:当社業務全般 ●ポジション・立場 契約業務は、本社法務グループと連携して業務を進める形となる
。生産技術センターの法務の番人(キーマン)としての活躍を期
待する。 ●使用ツール MS-office(Excel、Word、PowerPpoint)
