本社および子会社の数値を横断的に把握し、
経営層に近い立場で経営判断を支える経理ポジションです。
実務に深く入りつつ、メンバー育成や業務体制の整備など、
組織づくりにも関わっていただきます。
■決算業務(月次・年次、連結)
■本社・子会社の予実管理/原価管理/財務諸表、経営分析、事業部会計
■税務申請業務
■財務管理・銀行との折衝
※経営層へのレポートや、子会社のフォロー業務もあります。
※将来的には、経理総務部全体の統括管理をお任せする想定です。
