【背景】
ティアフォーでは自動運転の民主化というミッションの達成に向けて、自動運転のソフトウェア(Autoware)をオープンソース化するとともに、Autowareを活用して自ら自動運転ソリューションの開発や運用のビジネス化を目指すお客様に対して、ソフトウェアプラットフォームとしてWeb.Auto(クラウドネイティブなDevOpsの開発環境)とPilot.Auto(TIER IVにて検証済み自動運転ソフトウェアおよびリファレンスデザイン)を提供しています。
今後は自動運転EV車両を提供することによって誰もが様々な用途で自動運転EVを利活用できる社会の実現を目指します。
【仕事内容】
開発PMとして、自動運転車両の開発・販売事業において、プロジェクト全体の管理・推進を中心に、技術的知見に基づいて国内外のベンダー・サプライヤーや社内の開発チームと連携し、車両開発をリードして頂きます。
国内外の車両ベンダー・部品サプライヤーに対して技術的理解に基づいた技術協議・開発管理
社内開発チームとの開発課題の共有・進捗管理
車両開発における要求仕様・開発成果物の管理
国内外の車両ベンダー・部品サプライヤーとの契約および契約管理
ニーズ調査・技術理解に基づく新規ソリューション・製品の提案

Requirements
モビリティやテクノロジー領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント・チームリードの経験、または開発実務経験
ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
社内関係部署、外部パートナー、機関と良好な関係を構築するコミュニケーション能力
日々変化する不完全な状況下でも自ら考え、実行する主体性、積極性
中級以上のPCスキル(エクセルでのデータ取りまとめ・分析、パワーポイントでのドキュメンテーション等)

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円
月額基本給 :246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額)
固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
