【会社説明/募集背景】

当社スマートメディカルは、医療系不動産コンサル(生活の導線上に病院を誘致し、定期的に通える病院をつくる不動産コンサル)及びクリニックなどの開業支援を行う本社事業と、仙台支店が担うIT事業の2つの柱で運営してまいりました。

仙台支店の事業内容は、サーバー構築運用などITインフラ系の受託業務(SES)などを行ってまいりましたが、今後関東圏での事業拡大を考え、東京本社でもIT事業を進めていく方針となりました。

今回の募集は、クラウド系業務(クラウド上での設計構築・移行・運用)での募集となります。

クラウド経験者からのご応募をお待ちしております。

【具体的には】

・クラウド環境上でのサーバー構築

・クラウドサービス関連ユーザ追加・削除/スペックアップ・戻し

・月次報告書作成(※報告書は多数あります)

・ログ取得(操作ログや通信ログなど)

・日次対応(通知メール等で必要あれば対応)

・Windows Update・バージョンアップ対応

【入社後の流れ】

入社後はすぐにお客様先のプロジェクト(リモート環境で仙台チームと一緒に業務を行います)に参画します。

最初は、東京本社で勤務していただき、お客様先から作業用端末が貸与され環境が整ったタイミングでリモート勤務になります。

環境ごとに作業端末が異なるため、都度OJT形式で手順書がある作業をこなしていただくことになります。貸与される作業端末は複数台となります。

必ず作業再鑑者を付けて実施となるため、一人だけに作業を任せることはありません。

運用業務がメインですが、今後、Windowsバージョンアップに伴うサーバー構築を予定しているため、クラウド環境でのサーバー構築経験のある方は、構築業務のサポートとしても参画していただき、少しずつ業務を割り振って対応して頂きます。

【在宅勤務について】

リモート環境のため通常は在宅勤務となりますが、状況により本社出勤や、仙台支店出張を指示する事があります。また、貸与端末セットアップなどのため、お客様先(東京)への訪問が発生する事があります。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

*残業時間:月5~10時間程度

*担当するお客様先によって勤務時間が変更となる場合があります。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【各種手当】

・通勤手当は実費支給(上限5万円)※3か月定期代の1/3を毎月の給与で支給

・住宅手当:家賃の30%(上限2万円)※賃貸物件であり、本人が世帯主・契約者・賃料の支払者であること

・家族手当(規定有)

給与例


30歳 年収410万円/月給28万円+賞与等(運用経験3年/クラウド経験2年程度)

40歳 年収475万円/月給33万円+賞与等(エンジニア経験18年/クラウド経験1年程度)

50歳 年収600万円/月給41万円+賞与等(エンジニア経験27年/クラウド経験3年以上)

※前職給与額や、ご年齢・ご経験を考慮して決定します。
