We are looking for an IT Engineer in Tokyo to support the setup and operation of our clients' IT systems. This role involves building and maintaining existing networks and hardware environments, handling system issues, performing maintenance, and coordinating with stakeholders. Effective communication with both Japanese and American stakeholders is essential.

Experienced candidates are welcome, but those who are new to IT and wish to gain experience as an IT Engineer or Support Desk staff are also encouraged to apply.

Position:
IT Engineer

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT system setup, operation, and maintenance
  • Or, no prior IT experience but motivated to gain experience as an IT Engineer or Support Desk staff
  • JLPT N1 or N2 certification
  • Experience in IT infrastructure setup, operation, and maintenance
  • Must have a valid work visa to work in Japan
  • Or, we can provide visa support if needed; please contact us at the time of inquiry

Location:
Tokyo

Duration:
6 months to 1 year (with possible extension)

Annual Salary:
¥5,000,000 and above

Working Hours:
9:00–17:00 (excluding lunch); overtime compensated separately

東京でクライアントのITシステムの構築・運用をサポートするITエンジニアを募集しています。本ポジションでは、既存のネットワークやハードウェア環境の構築・保守、システムトラブル対応、メンテナンス業務、関係者との調整などを担当していただきます。日本およびアメリカの関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取ることが求められます。

経験者はもちろん歓迎ですが、IT未経験でもこれからITエンジニアやサポートデスクとして経験を積んでいきたい方も応募可能です。

  • または、ITは未経験だがこれからITエンジニア・サポートデスクとして経験を積んでいきたい方
  • 日本語能力試験(JLPT)N1またはN2をすでに保有している方
  • ITインフラの構築、運用、保守の経験
  • 日本で就労可能な有効なビザを保持していること
  • もしくは、弊社でもビザサポートが可能ですので、必要な場合はお問い合わせ時にご連絡ください
