「博多もつ鍋前田屋」の

キッチン業務全般をお任せします。

・食材の検品

・発注

・食材カットや盛付け

・コース料理準備

・各種フードの調理 など

キッチン業務をメインに

店舗状況に応じて幅広い

業務に携わっていただきます

【1】休みが取りやすい

休日休暇面もしっかり整えています。

もしも週1休みになってしまった場合は

別の週に振替休日を取得OK

ゆくゆくは「完全週休2日制」を目指し

体制の整備を進めています

・週2日休みがとれるようシフトを作成

・毎月2連休あり(希望制)

・シフト希望に柔軟に対応

・土日休みの希望OK

・年末年始休暇あり(12/31~1/3)

【2】無理のない人員配置

1店舗あたり社員2~6名、

アルバイト・パート20~50名で

協力して店舗を運営しています。

そのため、業務負担が偏る心配はなし

育成体制・店舗運営ともに

安心できる環境です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

10:00~24:00のシフト制(実働8h)

※24:00にはビルが閉まるため、

上記の時間以降の残業はナシ

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 44万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万145円 〜 8万9390円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万58円 〜 3万5756円

経験・年齢・能力等を考慮し優遇

現在給与改定中につき、

サブマネージャーは年収500万円以上、

統括マネージャーは年収600万円以上、

管理職になれば年収780万円以上も可能
