仕事内容:

当スクールのIELTSコースで学習を検討されているお客様に対し、

オンラインで学習相談・学習プラン提案を行うお仕事です。

いわゆる飛び込み営業やテレアポはなく、

お問い合わせのあったお客様への対応、フォローアップ業務となります。

具体的には

  • お問い合わせ・体験レッスン後のお客様への学習カウンセリング(オンライン)
  • 英語力・目標(留学/進学/スコア)に応じた学習プランの提案
  • 受講開始までのフォロー
  • オンラインセミナーの進行もしくはサポート
  • 社内講師・運営チームとの連携

※ 所属はセールスチームですが、内勤・オンライン対応のみです。

今回募集するのは、オンラインIELTSプログラムの成長を支える学習カウンセラーです。英語や教育に関心があり、「学ぶ人の挑戦を後押ししたい」「社会にポジティブな変化を起こしたい」という想いを持つ方に最適なポジションです。

求める人材:

学歴:大卒以上

経験:顧客対応・提案業務の経験(2年以上)

※ 営業、カウンセリング・コーチング、接客、カスタマーサポート等

英語力:IELTS 5.0以上または TOEIC 800点以上( ※現在満たしていなくても応募可能)

PCスキル:Excel、Word、PowerPoint

勤務時間・曜日:

正社員 9:00〜20:00の間で8時間

給与:

・給与改定:年1回(業績・評価による)

・インセンティブ支給:入社6ヶ月後より、年4回支給(業績・貢献度に応じて)
