AIオペレーション・アーキテクト
【業務内容】
経営陣、役員とフラットに議論しながら、以下の変革をリードしていただきます。
■AI×オペレーションの全体設計
各事業部に散らばる業務プロセスを可視化・分析し、AI活用による自動化・省人化領域を特定。
人が介在すべき「高付加価値業務」と、AIによる「効率化業務」の棲み分け定義。
■組織横断でのナレッジマネジメント
特定の事業部で成功したオペレーションモデルを汎用化し、他事業部へ展開しバレッジを効かせる。
属人化しているナレッジを集約し、組織全体の資産に変える仕組みづくり。
■BPRおよびシステム企画・導入
古い慣習に囚われない、最新技術を用いた新プロセスの構築。
現場を巻き込みながら、新しいオペレーションを定着させるまでのチェンジマネジメント。

【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
■複雑な業務プロセスの可視化・再設計(BPR)の経験
単なる事務改善ではなく、システム導入やワークフロー刷新を伴う大規模なBPRのご経験。
■テクノロジーへの高い感度と理解
生成AIや関連する最新ツールで「何が可能か」を理解し、業務への適用イメージを持てる・
またご自身で実際に小規模でPJTを回している。
(エンジニアとしての実務経験は不問です。)
■組織を横断してプロジェクトを推進するリーダーシップ
利害関係の異なる複数の部門長や現場マネージャーを巻き込み、合意形成を図る力。
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■事業計画の策定/KPIモニタリング/予算管理の経験
■高いコミュニケーション能力(クライアントや他部署メンバーとの折衝経験を有すること)
■社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進された経験
