ソーダ水や当時まだ珍しかったアイスクリームの提供を生業として誕生。
1928年(昭和3年)には本格的な西洋料理を取り入れ、洋菓子の製造販売もスタート。

Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

募集しているポジションの役割は、
オンラインショップ(自社サイト、外部モール、ラインギフト等)の運営業務です。
パーラーのブランド価値をあげることや売上拡大を目的としたデジタルマーケティング領域を担当する部門で、
WEBサイト・SNS等と連携しながらEC売り上げの拡大を目指して、
戦略立案から実行までを担っていただきます(こちらのポジションは資生堂パーラー原籍になります)

●主な業務
・EC領域の売上・損益計画を達成する
>パーラーのレストラン事業に裏づけされた洋菓子・レトルト食品などを、"パーラー"イメージを損なわない、或いはさらに向上させるサイト・方法で拡売することにより、"パーラー"の認知度向上と顧客のロイヤリティー化を拡大する
>資生堂パーラー公式ショップの価値創造を高め、顧客満足度の向上を推進する
>EC施策推進や販売先限定製品・商品の売上拡大を統括する
>EC領域の業務進捗状況を時掌握し、限定商品の販売計画、仕入れ計画の立案と推進、及び計画に対する調整案の立案を推進する。
>広く情報源を持ち、既存チャネルの出店拡大と新しい市場の開拓を推進する
>ECを中心とする取引先との良好な関係を構築・維持する
>経営計画、重点実施項目を各社員に周知し、計画達成に向けたPDCA/役割分担/目標を明確にし推進する

Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

●必要なスキル
オンラインショップの運営経験(自社オンラインの運用、 Amazon FBAへの登録等オペレーションの運用経験、楽天等モールでのEC運用経験)、デジタル広告の運用経験
Google Analyticsなど分析ツールの使用経験 ・ビジネスレベルでのPCスキル(Excel<四則演算・関数・グラフ作成・集計などが問題なくできるレベル>、PowerPoint、等) ・数値管理やデータ分析が得意な方 仮説立案力や検証力
SNS・オウンドメディアの運用・管理、デジタルコミュニケーションの企画立案・推進のなどの経験
関連部署へのヒアリングやコミュニケーション(連携・調整)をマルチタスクで迅速に対応できる能力
基本的なExcel・WordなどのPCスキル
ライティング力:メルマガ等に向けたライティングスキル必須
情報収集力、トレンドのキャッチアップ力
コミュニケーション力:関連部門とのスムースな調整が出来る対応力
