仕事内容:

【プラモデルの製造】

1、材料の準備

プラモデルのパーツを成形するために

使用する材料を準備します。

プラスチックや樹脂が使用されます。

材料は、特定の色や質感を持つために

着色や添加剤の調整が

行われることもあります。

2、成形

金型を使用して、

プラモデルのパーツを成形します。

加熱された材料を金型に注入し、

冷却してパーツを成形します。

または加熱された材料を

押し出しパーツを成形します。

3、組み立てと仕上げ

成形されたパーツを組み立てて、

完成品のプラモデルを作ります。

組み立てには接着剤やはめ込みなどの

方法が使用されます。

仕上げ作業として、

塗装やデカールの貼り付けなどが

行われることもあります。

4、検査とパッケージング

製品の品質を確保するために、

製品の検査が行われます。

不良品や欠陥がある場合は、

修正や廃棄が行われます。

製品が検査を通過したら、

パッケージングが行われ、

出荷の準備が整います。
