【仕事内容】
メーカーの窓口担当として、医療用機器の使用方法の説明・指導業務をお電話にて行っていただきます
全国の患者様やそのご家族様、医療機関からの問い合わせ対応等をお願いします。
※お問合せ例:血糖測定器の使用方法、在宅医療機器(ポンプやネブライザー等)の操作説明
1日の問い合わせ対応件数は5件程度です。
10前後のメーカーの窓口があり、様々な領域に関わることができ、また業務に付随するマニュアル作成なども行っています。
他にも、下記の業務を行っています。
- PSP/患者サポートプログラム
服薬アドヒアランス向上のサポートを目的とした、
電話やメール、SMSなど様々なコミュニケーションツールを使用し、あらゆる面で患者様をサポートしております。
- 医療機関への訪問指導
依頼のあった医療機関に訪問をし、患者様や医療従事者の方へ、医療用機器の使用方法指導を行っています。
※日帰り出張あり
このように様々な業務を行っていただき、
将来的には、新規プロジェクトの立ち上げやメイン担当としてあるメーカーの担当者様との窓口を担ってもらい、中には20代でチームのマネジメントポジションにて活躍しているものもいます
メンバーは、病院などの臨床からの転職者も多数在籍しています。その方のご経験等に応じてカスタマイズした研修を行っておりますので、企業やコールセンターでのご就業が初めての方でも安心してご入社し、チームを支えるプロフェッショナル集団の一翼として活躍できる環境です
【必要な能力、経験】
- 正看護師資格 ※必須
- 病棟経験(原則2年以上)
- 土日祝日の勤務あり ※必須
- コミュニケーション能力(傾聴力、思考力、対話力)のある方
- 明るく前向きに業務に取り組める方
- 勉強意欲が高い方
- 簡単なOA操作能力
- 企業での勤務経験あれば尚可

勤務曜日 月~日(土日祝含め月20日程度出勤)
※土日祝日、年末年始、大型連休の勤務優先で入れる方優遇
