仕事内容:

ブライダル業界の企業ターゲットとしたWeb広告を中心とするセールスプロモーションをお任せいたします。

WEBマーケティングにおける、クライアントの課題把握のためのヒアリングと提案、定期的な効果の振り返り、運用改善施策の提案を担当頂きます。

【基本的な業務の流れ】

ヒアリング・課題の抽出

「この予算で●組集客をしたい」「特定のターゲット層を呼び込みたい」といった式場ごとの集客課題を深くヒアリングします。

戦略立案・メディアミックスの提案

ヒアリング内容に基づき、各種Web広告を組み合わせた運用戦略を策定。広告だけでなく、LP改修やWebサイトのリニューアル、広告用動画の制作など、制作部門と連携したトータルな解決策を提案します。

③

運用ディレクション・資料作成

社内の運用専任チームと連携し、広告の配信状況を確認。顧客へ提出する運用レポートや、次回の施策に向けた提案資料を作成します。

④

効果測定・定期フォロー

月次の定例会等で、配信結果に基づいた振り返りを実施。「なぜこの数値になったのか」という要因分析と、翌月に向けた改善アクションを議論し、顧客と二人三脚で成果を最大化させます。

制作やバナー・動画制作などのクリエイティブは外部の制作会社に発注することが多い中、弊社は社内にクリエイティブ制作チームがあるため、スピーディーにかつ高品質のクリエイティブを提供することが可能です。Web

広告運用のスキルを高めるだけでなく、クリエイティブの企画・提案力を身に着けることができるのも同社ならではの魅力です。

基本給:180,000円~200,000円

一律職務給:72,000円~129,000/月

みなし固定残業代:79,500円~103,700円/40時間分(超過分は別途支給)
