Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

新規・既存顧客に対する新規ライセンス・ビジネスの発掘(新ソリューション、新組織)
社内外ステークホルダー(顧客内部での利害関係者、社内関連部署など)との各種調整業務
※営業ターゲットは、①半導体業界、②重工メーカー・産業機械メーカーを想定しています

▼知識・経験
・5年以上の法人営業経験
新規開拓営業やアカウント営業(インサイドセールスやSMB営業経験を含む)の経験、また成果に対して高いこだわりが持てること
▼スキル・能力
・高い対人対応力と高いコミュニケーション力
明るく好印象を与える第一印象、営業職において顧客との信頼関係をスムーズに築く力
・高い論理的思考能力と課題解決力
顧客の課題を的確に捉え、解決策を提案し、顧客に対し戦略的アプローチができること
・高い成長意欲と学習行動
エンタープライズ営業やC-LEVELとの関係構築に関する経験が不足していても、今後の学びと成長の意欲があること

■待遇
・基本給年額:600~1,200万円(月額給与は12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)
・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり
