【ポジション概要】
当社の成長戦略を支える "人と組織" の最高責任者として、採用・育成・制度企画・労務管理を統括し、経営層と共に組織変革をリードしていただきます。AI・データ領域に注力する急成長中のIT企業のため、人事部門の仕組みづくりから戦略立案まで、裁量の大きいポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
(1)人事戦略の企画・実行
■中長期の事業戦略に基づいた人事戦略の策定
■組織体制の設計、ヘッドカウント計画、タレントマネジメント
■役員・経営層へのレポーティング、意思決定支援
(2)採用(Tech / Biz)の統括
■エンジニア採用(アプリ、インフラ、データ、AIなど)戦略策定
■新卒・中途採用のKPI設計と運用
■採用チームのマネジメント、エージェント・SNS採用戦略の最適化
(3)人材育成・評価制度の構築
■OKR / MBO / コンピテンシー評価制度の設計・運用
■タレントレビュー、人材育成プログラムの開発
■マネジャー向け研修、オンボーディング強化
(4)労務・コンプライアンス統括
■就業規則、労務リスク管理、社労士との連携
■労働時間管理、ハラスメント対策
■社内コンプライアンス文化の醸成
(5)組織文化・エンゲージメント施策
■DEI(多様性)推進
■従業員サーベイ分析・改善施策の実行
■社内コミュニケーション活性化
【必須要件(Must)】
■IT業界または近しい業界での人事経験 7年以上
■人事の複数領域(採用・制度企画・労務管理など)でのリード経験
■人事チームのマネジメント経験
■経営層と議論し、戦略を実行した経験
■日本語ネイティブレベル、英語または中国語での業務コミュニケーション能力

■AI/データ領域の採用に関する知識
