業務内容
- 事業開発本部について:
今回募集を行う事業開発本部は新規事業の創出と拡大を担っています。
約5兆円の巨大規模を誇るBPO市場に対し、新規事業の切り口から「人と組織の生産性向上」をミッションとし、世の中の「はたらく」の変革を目指しています。
- ポジションの概要:
2024年9月26日に新規事業である「StepBase」の提供を開始いたしました。
このサービスは、企業様のバックオフィス業務をプロセス設計~実務部分まで担う、オンラインアシスタントサービスです。
現在はパーソルの得意領域である採用部分においてサービス提供を始め、既に複数社からご依頼をいただいております。
今後は採用と並び需要の高い経理領域において同様のサービスを展開していくために、
クライアントとの業務ヒアリングからアシスタントメンバー(クルー)のマネジメントまでご担当いただくコアメンバーを募集いたします。
(立ち上げのフェーズになりますので、責任者と共に流動的に採用やクルー研修などもご担当いただく想定です。)
- 業務詳細:
オンライン業務代行サービス「StepBase経理」のリーダー(キャプテン)をご担当いただきます。
・クライアントへの業務内容ヒアリング、業務プロセスの改善提案
- 当社に蓄積された約7,000通り以上の業務プロセスを活用できます。
・KPI設定及び進捗管理
・月次報告書や業務レポートの作成/レビュー
・アシスタントメンバー(クルー)のマネジメント
・経理メンバーの採用面接、オンボーディング企画/運用 など

【MUST】
・顧客折衝(toB)経験のある方
・顧客案件や社内企画等、何かしらのプロジェクトや組織を主導で動かしたことのある方
【WANT】
・いずれかのバックオフィス業務(労務、総務、秘書、採用、経理、営業事務など)を1年以上ご担当したことがある方
・オンラインBPO、オンラインアシスタントの事業に所属し、リーダーやマネジメントを担当されていた方
・BPO事業に所属し、リーダーやマネジメントを担当されていた方
・派遣社員、契約社員のリーダーやマネジメントを担当されていた方
