仕事内容


ベンチャー企業 / 女性管理職登用実績あり / 試用期間あり / マネージャー・管理職採用

Webサービスや業務用システムの開発プロジェクトに参加し、「基本設計」「詳細設計」「プログラミング」「動作チェック(テスト)」など、システム開発の各工程に幅広く携わっていただきます。

案件によっては、お客様との要件確認や技術的な提案といった上流工程にも関わっていただけるチャンスがあります。

経験やスキルに応じて、得意分野を活かした業務を担当いただくと同時に、段階的なスキルアップもサポートします

既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 未経験OK / 学歴不問

  • 必須要件

・エンジニアとして2年以上の業務経験

・エンジニアとしての成長意欲がある

・マネージメントに興味がある

・独学もしくはスクール等での学習経験

・、、Flutter、Go、AWS、MySQL、HTML、CSS、Doc、C# の学習経験または実務経験

  • 歓迎要件

・マネジメント経験

・フロントエンドエンジニア、サーバーサイドエンジニア、 インフラエンジニアなどの業務に知見がある

・テスト設計からテストまでの経験

・円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる

・システム全体設計・アーキテクチャ設計経験

・メンバー育成や評価制度設計経験

・クライアント折衝・要件定義経験

・AWSの知識、SQLの知識

・基本情報技術者試験、応用情報処理技術者試験、PHP技術者認定試験、Linux技術者認定資格、各AWS認定資格

実働時間:8時間/日

勤務時間例:

・8:30~17:30

残業時間:月平均10時間前後

※想定勤務時間、実働時間、残業時間はプロジェクトにより異なる場合あり

給与


月給 409,500円 ~ 502,000円 (※想定年収 4,914,000円 ~ 6,024,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 77,500円 以上

みなし残業時間 30時間

※経験・能力を考慮いたします

【試用期間】試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

※ 雇用形態と給与に、本採用時と異なる部分があります。

雇用形態:中途採用(契約社員)

給与:月給 394,500円 ~ 482,000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 77,500円以上
