職務内容

  • 専門性を活かした質の高い栄養管理をお任せします

あなたのスキルと経験を活かして、チームの中心メンバーとして活躍できる環境です。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・栄養ケア計画の作成、栄養スクリーニング、アセスメントの実施

・ご利用者様一人ひとりの状態に合わせた給与栄養目標量の算定

・給食管理、帳票類の管理、経口維持評価

・食事観察(ミールラウンド)による評価と改善提案

・検食、職員の食事数管理

・発注、コスト管理、衛生管理全般

  • 報告書作成など

・モニタリング表、栄養管理報告書(年2回)、事業報告書(年1回)の作成

  • イベント企画も

・季節のイベント(納涼祭、敬老会、おやつレクなど)における食事関連の企画・実行
