現場での一つひとつの経験が、

自信とスキルとして確実に積み重なっていく仕事です。

◆プロジェクト管理アシスタントとは?

工事が予定どおり、安全に進むように、

現場の人たちを支える仕事です。

「今日はどこまで進んでいるか」

「材料は足りているか」

「次は何をするのか」

こうしたことを現場で確認しながら、

工事がスムーズに進むように段取りを整えます。

最初から一人で任されることはありません。

先輩と一緒に現場を回り、

見て・聞いて・少しずつ覚えていく仕事です。

◆仕事内容

現場に行って、工事の進み具合や

安全な状態かを確認します。

危ないところがないかを見たり、

決められたルールが守られているか確認します。

工事を進めるために職人さんと

「次は何をするか」

「いつまでに終わらせるか」を話し合います。

材料が足りなくなりそうなときは、

早めに手配して工事が止まらないようにします。

書類や図面も少しずつ扱いますが、

難しいものはありません。

先輩に教えてもらいながら、

簡単なところから覚えていきます。

現場は東広島市・広島市内が中心なので、

遠くへの出張はほとんどありません。

長く付き合いのあるお客様が多く、

落ち着いた環境で仕事ができます。

分からないことは、

質問すれば手を止めて教えてくれる先輩ばかりなので、

未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

◆入社後の流れ

いきなり一人で仕事を任されることはありません。

まずはプロジェクト管理アシスタントとして、

進行中の工事に参加し、先輩のそばで仕事を覚えていきます。

最初は、

「今、現場で何が行われているのか」

「どんな順番で仕事が進んでいくのか」

を見ながら、少しずつ理解していくところからスタートします。

未経験の方や、第二新卒の方でも大丈夫です。

仕事はすべてOJT(実際の仕事をしながら覚える方法)で進めるため、

分からないことはその場で確認できます。

◆こんな工事に関われます

楠本建設では、広島の街に関わる、

さまざまな建物の工事を手がけています。

たとえば、

学校や公民館など、地域の人が利用する公共施設。

広島大学の研究施設や、県営住宅。

大手メーカーの製造工場。

マンションやビル、店舗、クリニックなどもあります。

どれも、

長く使われ、街に残っていく建物ばかりです。

地域に根ざした工事が中心なので、

「自分が関わった建物を、街で見かける」

そんな場面も少なくありません。

広島の街づくりに関わっている実感を持ちながら、

技術者として成長していける仕事です。

◆未経験からでも成長できる教育・資格サポート

入社後は、先輩のそばで仕事を覚えながら、

少しずつ知識と経験を身につけていきます。

また、1級・2級施工管理技士の国家資格取得も

受験料やテキスト代など、

資格取得にかかる費用は会社が負担します。

「お金の心配で資格に挑戦できない」

ということはありません。

資格を取得したあとは、

頑張りをきちんと評価する資格手当も支給しています。

今は現場の管理や書類作成をしています。

段取りが分かるようになると、

仕事の進め方も変わり、残業も減りました。

建物が完成し、自分が関わった建物を見ると、

8:00~17:00(休憩60分)

残業削減に会社全体で力を入れています

・転勤なし/マイカー通勤OK(無料駐車場完備)
