生産計画を達成するために必要な設備投資計画の策定及び、予算化し、予算内で必要な設備投資が遂行できるように予算を管理する (Capital Planning)
FAB全体の生産能力、ボトルネックを分析・特定し、最も効率のよい生産計画及び投資計画の企画・立案をする。また計画から実行までの設備導入計画の変更管理を行う(Change Control)
複数の関係部署にまたがるプロジェクトがスムーズに計画から実行に移せるように中心となりドライブする (共通)
必須条件:
学士号または同等の経験
エンジニアリングまたはオペレーションで3年以上の経験
データ分析を使用した意思決定スキル
日本語能力 JLTP N2以上
